LINCOLN HALL ASSOCIATION MINUTES

Thursday, November 4, 10:20 pm

 

In Attendance:

Greg Bruns, Chris Weaver, Phil Weichert, Kyle O’Dell, Brian Ley, Cory Goldfuss, Todd Minnick

Absent:

            Eric Tucker, Joel Mick, Matt Eley

 

Treasurer Report:

Approximately $600 is in our budget.

 

Letters of Correspondence

We received a thank-you note from the Centennial Picnic Committee for our participation in the Carnival

 

Old Business:

The Cabin event was a great success!!! Special thanks to Matt Hice for his help.

 

New Business:

Floor representatives presented survey information from their residents.  This was collected by Kyle and will be implemented appropriately.

 

The Beaver Grind will be on Monday, November 22 from 10-midnight in the Lincoln Lobby.  Matt Hice will serve as “DJ”, Phil will work on publicity along with Greg.

 

Information for the B-Scene was brought up in  regards to Lincoln’s participation. Lincoln is already helping with the Winter Formal and will be looking to sponsor one more weekend event.

 

Announcements/Comments:

Matt Eley will work with the floor reps to develop t-shirt designs.
